How We Shot It
We led with the exterior on purpose. The classic character of this home is genuinely part of its appeal, and a buyer scrolling listings in Harvard is drawn to that first — the porch, the bay window, the proportions.
Then the kitchen, which does the heavy lifting. Marble tile flooring, stainless appliances, a full tile backsplash, clean cabinetry in a bright, well-lit room. It is the frame that tells a buyer the renovation was thorough rather than cosmetic, and it earns the rest of the gallery.
