Most of our listings are a full shoot. This one was a fill-in. When Marina Camenschi of HomeSmart Connect took on 25138 North Pawnee Road in North Barrington, she brought us in for a specific list: drone, a floor plan, and the newly finished lower level and garage.
That kind of job is all about doing the missing pieces well, so they sit next to the existing photos without looking like they came from a different listing.
THE LOT
The house sits in a clearing with woods on every side. From the driveway you mostly get trees. From the air you get the clearing, the separate three-car garage building, and the lakes past the tree line, which is the real story of a property like this.
That's the case for drone on a wooded lot. It isn't a nice extra. It's the only angle that shows a buyer what they'd actually be getting.
THE LOWER LEVEL
Downstairs was newly finished: light wood floors, recessed lighting, a white staircase, and a full bath with a glass shower. Empty rooms are harder to photograph than furnished ones because there's nothing to show scale, so we kept every frame square and wide enough for a buyer to read the size of the space.
WHAT WE SHOT
Nine aerials, twelve interior and garage photos, and a floor plan of all three levels, with and without dimensions. The home is about 4,572 square feet with five bedrooms and three baths.
