From the Ground It's a Nice Yard. From 200 Feet It's Unusual.
Lots in this part of Stickney run about a tenth of an acre, with houses shoulder to shoulder for blocks in every direction. We shot the Base package for Michelle Russell and Paul Froiland, and the drone photo is what turns a good backyard into a genuinely uncommon one.
There's No MLS Field for "Looks at Water"
A 1985 condo building with a renovated interior and a balcony over the pond has two of its best features living entirely outside the listing data. We shot the full Pro package with multi-location coverage for Agata Kusak in Schaumburg, including six neighborhood stops within a ten-minute radius.
You Can't See the Water From the Front Step. That's Why We Fly.
At ground level this is a well-kept Northeast Elgin townhome with an updated kitchen and a deck in the trees. From 200 feet up there is open water three blocks away, dense tree canopy and a street layout no buyer could see from the driveway — and that gap is the whole argument for drone.
A 1976 Split-Level in Greenbrier That Doesn't Photograph Like One
Most homes built in Greenbrier in the mid-1970s have the kitchen closed off from the rest of the main floor, and this one doesn't. We shot the full Base package for Magda Chwalek of Gen Z Realty on a quiet eight-home cul-de-sac in Arlington Heights, including drone coverage of the tree canopy overhead.
Buyers Rank the Neighborhood Above Price. Your Listing Video Never Shows It.
Fifty-nine percent of buyers say the neighborhood is the single most important factor in where they buy, ranking it above price and above square footage. We break down why almost no listing video contains a second of neighborhood footage, what that gap costs Chicagoland agents, and the six-location structure we use to close it.
Sixteen Townhomes in a Single Frame
Photographing a development is a different problem than photographing a home — what you are documenting is the relationship between buildings, and none of that exists in a ground-level photo. Ogi Optics delivered a full Pro media package at Insignia Glen, a sixteen-unit townhome development in Des Plaines, IL, working alongside Mark Kelner.
