Drone photography
Drone photos that show what the ground shots can’t.
The lot lines, the pond out back, the walk to the train, the skyline on the horizon. Six drone photos come with every package, flown by an FAA Part 107 certified pilot. No upcharge to find out if the aerial helps.
01 / 03
The neighborhood first
The entrance, the pond, the trees. Where a buyer would live, not just the house.
02 / 03
How the lot sits
The drive, the yard and how each house sits next to its neighbors.
03 / 03
What’s around it
The golf course and the water out back. The things buyers ask about first.
Price
Included
6 drone photos in every package. On their own: 6 for $95, 12 for $140.
What it is
Every listing package comes with six edited drone photos. We fly on the same visit as the ground photos, so there’s nothing extra to schedule and no second appointment for the seller.
The aerial shows what a buyer can’t see from the curb: how big the lot really is, what backs up to it, and how close the train, the park, the water or the city is. On a tight suburban lot that context is often the strongest thing the listing has.
Josh is an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot, which the FAA requires for any paid drone work. Some of Chicagoland sits in O’Hare and Midway airspace, so we check every address before the visit and get authorization where it’s needed.

How it works
- 01
We check the airspace
Before the visit we check where the house sits. Parts of Chicagoland are near O’Hare and Midway, so some flights need FAA authorization first.
- 02
We fly on the same visit
The drone goes up during the photo visit, so you are not scheduling a second appointment.
- 03
We pick the angles that matter
Height and direction are set by what sells the house: the lot, the backyard, the water, the distance to downtown.
- 04
You get them with the photos
Edited and delivered with the rest of the set. Photos in 24 hours, video within 48.

Questions
Drone photography: what people ask
Is drone included in every package?
Yes. Every package, starting at Base, comes with 6 edited drone photos. Most photographers in this market charge extra for it.
Are you licensed to fly commercially?
Yes. Josh is an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot, which is what the FAA requires for paid drone work.
Can I get more than 6 drone photos?
Yes. 12 drone photos are $140 on their own. Drone footage also goes into the pro cinematic film.
Does an aerial help on a small lot?
Often more than people expect. On a tight lot the aerial is not about the yard. It shows the train line, the park, the skyline and where the house sits in town. If it doesn’t add anything, we tell you and lean on the ground photos.
