Everything below comes from the same appointment. The house only has to be ready once.

Full-coverage photos, every room
No photo cap. Usually 25 to 40, more on bigger homes. Every room is shot at five exposures and blended, so the windows and the room both read true.

6 drone photos
The lot, the roofline and what’s around it, flown by an FAA Part 107 certified pilot on the same visit.

What does Base cost for my home?
It goes by square footage: $250 under 3,000 sq ft, $325 for 3,000–4,499 and $400 for 4,500–5,999. Over 6,000 sq ft adds $100 per 1,000 sq ft. Acreage and extra buildings are quoted.
How fast do I get everything?
Photos in 24 hours, video within 48.
Can I add virtual staging or declutter?
Yes. Staging is one flat fee for the whole shoot, $100 on most homes. AI declutter is $50. Both are labeled as edits and come with the originals.
Do you charge for travel?
No travel fee within about 45 minutes of Mount Prospect. Past that, a travel fee based on distance. You get the number before we book.
