What does Social cost for my home?
It goes by square footage: $300 under 3,000 sq ft, $375 for 3,000–4,499 and $450 for 4,500–5,999. Over 6,000 sq ft adds $100 per 1,000 sq ft. Acreage and extra buildings are quoted.
How fast do I get everything?
Photos in 24 hours, video within 48.
Can I add virtual staging or declutter?
Yes. Staging is one flat fee for the whole shoot, $100 on most homes. AI declutter is $50. Both are labeled as edits and come with the originals.
Do you charge for travel?
No travel fee within about 45 minutes of Mount Prospect. Past that, a travel fee based on distance. You get the number before we book.
